Donations to Be The Match provide much needed support to patients suffering from blood disorders and diseases and helping them access resources that save their lives.. In 2020, ePlus support helped enable Be The Match to conduct more bone marrow transplants than ever before. Together, we enjoy much more than a vendor-client relationship. Our own Senior Solutions Architect, Josh Tripodi, through joining the Be The Match registry, saved the life of Ralf Ullman. Kevin Heath’s family experienced what it meant to find a perfectly matched marrow donor for his cousin, Travis, affording him a second chance at life. As a team we have come together many times over the years to generously support the Be The Match Foundation, by encouraging donors to join the registry, assist patients with expenses, and fund innovative research to improve transplant outcomes.
These patients need us more than ever. As a direct result of the ongoing pandemic, Be The Match has increased grant support to patients by 86%*, resulting in an expected funding shortfall of $900,000.
